Currency & Billing

All store transactions are processed and billed in USD ($). If your primary card or account operates in a different currency, your card issuer or bank will automatically perform currency conversion based on their applicable exchange rates.

Flexible Installment Options

Eligible customers can take advantage of installment plans, allowing you to split your payment into up to 3 manageable installments at checkout. If your purchase qualifies, installment options will be displayed during the final payment step.

Order Adjustments & Updates

If you discover an error in your order details, please notify our customer support team immediately at service@octoberhollow.com. We are able to update or cancel orders only before they enter the processing and shipment phase. Once your package has been dispatched, modifications can no longer be applied.
